Annual Meeting – We were informed by the library that our per-scheduled meeting reservation needed to be moved due to library renovations. The HOA will need to coordinate and reschedule. A notice will be sent to homeowners when established.
2025 Invoices – Update on 2/15/25 – We’ve been notified that some homeowners did not receive their invoice. If you have not received your invoice, please contact Heather. The 2025 invoices have been sent on 1/18 and due mid February. Please submit payments on time. There are new changes for 2025.

- April 1 – PO Box renewal, Panama assessments payment. Received Owl Lake contractor numbers for lining lake for homeowner letter.
