Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is an appointed committee that serves to promote, ensure and enforce our covenants and bylaws with the high level of design, quality and conformity set forth by our neighborhood. Prior to making any structural improvement (new home, additions, outbuildings, fences) to your property, you must request written approval from the ACC using the Architectural Review Application and Project Plan below. The ACC shall approve or disapprove the proposal within 30 days of receipt of the materials.

Meetings
ACC meetings are held the when needed at a predetermined time and location and will communicated by the chair.
ACC Project Plan Application
Homeowners, please follow these steps when submitting a project plan to the ACC.
- For streamlining the process, we highly recommend contacting the ACC Chair beforehand for a brief discussion on what is expected.
- Download, read and complete the proper section of ACC Project Plan Application (PDF)
- Save the file and email the application to ACC @ Owllake.com (no spaces). You may also drop it off to the ACC Chair or any committee member.
