The Architectural Control Committee (A.C.C.) is an appointed committee that serves to promote, ensure and enforce our covenants and bylaws with the high level of design, quality and conformity set forth by our neighborhood. Prior to making any structural improvement (new home, additions, outbuildings, fences) to your property, you must request written approval from the A.C.C. using the Architectural Review Application and Project Plan below. The ACC shall approve or disapprove the proposal within 30 days of receipt of the materials.
Meetings
ACC meetings are held the when needed at 7:00 PM at a predetermined location.
