Assessments

As of January 1, 2025, the annual dues for Owl Lake Estates per each lot is $600.00 per year and paid semi-annually with installments of $300.00.  Invoices are sent semi-annually and are due within the due date specified in the invoice. (Prior dues 2018-2024, were $120 per quarter or 480.00 year)

Assessments are applied to HOA insurance of common areas, maintenance of HOA common areas, assessments of HOA water shares, leasing of water and maintenance of the irrigation system.

Save time and stamps with a month discount when you pay in advance. Just send a check for $550 and forget about writing dues checks until 2026. If you see any discrepancies or have concerns about the semi-annual payment, please call our treasurer.
