Assessments
As of January 1, 2018, the annual dues for Owl Lake Estates is $480.00 per year per lot and paid quarterly with installments of $120.00. Invoices for dues are mailed quarterly and are due within 30 days of invoice date. A discount of 1 month or $440 if dues are paid a year in advance. (Prior dues to 2018 were $90 per quarter or 360.00 year)
Assessments are applied to HOA insurance, insurance of common areas, maintenance of HOA common areas, assessments of HOA water shares, and leasing of water.
